Hello! I’m Stephanie. My pronouns are she/her and I’m a mother of three. I am incredibly passionate about health and wellness, as well as making these things feel accessible to anyone who wants in. I believe that every body is worthy, and that true health can look a variety of different ways and come in a variety of different shapes and sizes.
Pre- & postnatal health and wellness is especially near and dear to my heart, as I struggled personally with difficult pregnancies and postpartum experiences that were taxing on both my physical body and mental wellness. My hope is to support my pregnant and postpartum clients to find movement that feels good, helps them to feel strong and empowered, and prepares them for the challenges of birth and parenthood — or simply for life after pregnancy, for those seeking options other than parenthood — while staying safe and moving in ways that will support a healthy pregnancy and an easier postpartum recovery.
For my 60+ clients, I love to help you find your strength and vitality as you move onto some of your best years! I want to support you in your efforts to be present and enjoy your time with family, as you travel, and continue to take part in hobbies old and new.
I place a strong emphasis on healthy mobility and function, and love to support and guide my clients toward increased strength and greater overall fitness. But, rest assured that I will take your goals into account and work with you to come up with a plan that supports those specific goals. I am your trainer and coach.
