Approaching fitness and wellness from a weight/body-neutral standpoint, and prioritizing function and strength to assist with the demands of life.
I work mainly with anyone who identifies as a woman, non-binary folks, with beginners and established exercisers, pre- and postnatal folks, couples, seniors, and differently-abled people — people who want to learn to exercise or learn to exercise better, increase comfort in a gym setting, build and improve strength and function and belief in themselves and their capabilities.
