With so much confusing, and sometimes conflicting, information and misinformation out there, working with a professional who is trained and certified to work with those within the birth year is critical to avoid creating or exacerbating damage.

Many of the same benefits apply to the postpartum year (and beyond), with the addition of specific and knowledgeable support to restore the core and pelvic floor, and work on retraining the body in a safe and progressive way to work toward a healthy, balanced fitness routine.

Monthly Coaching

$80/month

Add individual sessions at desired pace. Up to 15 sessions per month.

Payment options: One monthly payment due at the start of each month. Cash, check, or card, either online or in-person using PayPal/PayPal credit or Square.

Completely individual training and coaching. We will cover cardiorespiratory training, muscular strength and endurance training, functional movement, and flexibility. During the prenatal period, exercises will be catered to your changing body and your level of fitness. During the postpartum period, focus will be on retraining and restoration of the core, progressively moving into a fuller fitness routine. We will begin by setting goals, and assessing your overall readiness. From there, we will devise a plan of action to begin making healthy and active living a lasting lifestyle change. We will take time to discuss what has and hasn’t been working at least once per week - this will help us to know if we need to step back or when to progress something further, individualizing your training on a continuous basis and helping you to stay motivated and excited! We will be looking at the whole picture in regards to health and fitness, educating and empowering you to live in a more balanced and holistic way for the long haul! Coaching and behavior change methods we will use are all evidence-based practices.

Included in this plan:

  • Customized fitness training and/or individual yoga based on your goals, current level of fitness, and your current stage of life.

  • 2 workouts & exercise/movement suggestions, sent out weekly for the duration of each month. Additional weekly workouts provided at an extra $5 per workout.

  • Weekly check-ins via text, email, or over the phone to discuss how things are going and create strategies to assist you as you move toward your goals.

  • Behavior change coaching to build sustainable lifestyle changes.

  • Nutrition guidance.

  • Regular contact via phone, text, or email to ask questions, bounce ideas, etc.

If you are not interested in committing to a regular plan, you have the option to go with individual sessions. These can be as frequent or infrequent as you would like. Scheduling would come on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scheduling must be done at least one week in advance; for better scheduling options, contact me and schedule at least two weeks in advance. Availability will vary.

  • Customized training sessions based on your goals, fitness level, and current stage of life.

  • One full week training plan included any week we train together. If we work together twice in one week, you will still only be provided a plan for that week.

  • Some discussion about behavior change and daily habits.

  • Some nutrition discussion and guidance.
