Postpartum Doula Service Fees: $25/hr. - $30/hr.

Serving Salt Lake and surrounding counties.

• Free consultation visit. Optional. May last 30-90 minutes. Time to meet, talk and get to know each other. Review any specific concerns, if there are any. This visit helps us both to determine whether we will be a good fit for each other.
• Breastfeeding support.
• Bottle-feeding support, if needed.
• Infant care.
• Postpartum nutrition, meal preparation.
• Postpartum recovery care.
• Cesarean recovery care.
• Emotional support.
• Help caring for older children.
• Help caring for animals.
• Light cleaning, housekeeping.
• Overnight care.**

*Minimum of 4 hours for day time care ($100).
**6 hour minimum for overnight care.
