Individual Sessions
These sessions are personalized based on previous experience, current level of fitness, and specific goals.
Prenatal yoga:
During pregnancy, prenatal yoga is a wonderful, low-impact way to maintain or increase function, strength, and flexibility in preparation for birth and optimal recovery after birth.
Postnatal yoga:
During the fourth trimester, yoga is a gentle and ideal way to begin to restore the core and retrain the body in order to return to regular daily life and activity with a body that is prepared.
Private yoga:
Outside of pregnancy and postpartum life stages, a yoga practice can continue to be a great way to maintain a strong mind-body connection, build and maintain strength, flexibility, and endurance in a low-impact way. Explore either purely as exercise; or, with study in conjunction with practice, broaden the process by diving into the history and philosophies behind yoga and meditation.
