Serving Salt Lake and surrounding counties.
Free consultation visit. May last 30-60 minutes. Time to meet and chat; perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to get to know each other. We should be able to easily assess whether or not we are a good fit for each other by the end of this visit.
1 prenatal visit. 2-3 hours in duration. During this visit, we will review past birth history, review your birth plan and ideals, go over physical comfort measures, and do some personal preparation in accordance with your birth preferences, review roles of those who will be in attendance, postpartum planning, and more.
Unlimited support via email, phone, and/or text - from the moment you hire me through 6 weeks postpartum. For informational support, emotional support, etc.
On-call time. I am on call from the moment you hire me up until birth.
Continuous care during labor and birth. Once you have asked me to come, I will remain with you for the remaining duration of your labor and birth, as well as 1-2 hours after birth to help ensure you are all settled and offer some breastfeeding support as needed.
1 postpartum visit. 1-2 hours. During this visit, I will check in and ensure that both you and baby are settling in well and that you have enough support. I can provide further help with breastfeeding, review your birth experience and process this with you, addressing any birth or postpartum concerns.
